- WHERE DOES CUPLUMA SHIP TO?
We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
- HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
After processing (1–3 business days), delivery typically takes:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping : 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

- CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
